  Is CPQSVR a Windows 2000 domain controller? Brian and Jim (and possibly 
others) have asked this, but you've yet to clarify whether or not this is the 
case. If it is not a Windows 2000 Domain Controller, you will need to make it 
so, and activate any Windows 2000 TSCALS you have.
