[THIN] HDX Volume control

Any one seen an issue where HDX playback occurs but the volume control
on the citrix session is ignored?
(makes sense as the HDX is actually playing from the Terminal) .... Only
started happening since upgrading to ICA 13.0
We are running XenApp 5.5, on Windows 2008 SP2.
