I wouldn't use the winntwms.exe, it too old and primative.

Have you tried installing Outlook 2000 first?

Office 97....  I've also tried uninstalling GroupWise (GW Cleaning Agent
program from Novell), then laying down the Windows Messaging component
(winntwms.exe), then reinstalling GroupWise.   No soap.....
