[THIN] Group Policies

I got a complaint this morning (Monday's) that users can't log into a different 
workstation than they normally log into without waiting on me to setup that 
computer for their use.  Basically I have to setup Citrix Program Neighboorhood 
for a WAN link on the WS after that they are pretty much good to go.  I was 
wondering is there a way to have CPN setup through a Group Policy?  I don't 
want to use roaming profiles even though I know this would work.
