It works great on Citrix and I would suspect since all settings for it are
HKCU/software/google that you could make settings on a per user basis and
even create your own policy template for it.

Has anyone actually used the goolge toolbar in a Citrix/TS environment?

Bad idea? Wonder if it can be locked down so users wouldn't be able to
change specific settings.
