That is my problem..  I am looking at the gp polocy on the 
win2k box right now.  That seems to do what I want but 
again is affects everyone logging in it.  I just want to 
effect the users and leave the administrators alone.  But 
have not figured that out just yet...

In that kind of a mixed environment it is my understanding 
that the NT 4.0
machine will be handling the machine settings.  Since the 
user policy
settings are handled differently in W2K you will need to 
use the local
policy to set the user settings.  However, when you do 
this they settings
will apply to everyone.
