Apply group policy for computers asynchronously during startup:
Allows the system to display the login prompt before the computer Group Policy
is finished updating.
Apply group policy for users asynchronously during startup:
Lets the system display the Windows desktop before the user Group Policy is
finished updating.
So you are right perception wise, it might appear a little faster. This will
totally depend though on the placement of your DC's, size of GPO's (any scripts
running in them), etc. If your machines load quickly now, I wouldn't spend the
time testing. It they seem a little laggy...might be well change.

Can someone tell me if the following GPO's are recommended for a
windows 2003 TS/Citrix servers? Logic tell;s me that it would give the
perception of faster logons but can someone confirm this? Will this
introduce other problems?

Apply Group Policy for users asynchronously during logon
Thanks in advance!
