[THIN] Flash and CPU

I am toying with the idea of installing Flash 7 on my 2000 FR3 boxes,
and am currently testing on one production server. I have enabled
Speedscreen Browser Acceleration and allowed Flash for my Farm.
What are some "common" levels for CPU spikes for Flash-enabled
systems? Right now if I go to ESPN for Flash content and video, I am
seeing 20-30% CPU usage (with spikes up to 50) on a single instance of
iexplore.exe, so I am inclined to try to keep it off. Opinions
please? Thanks!
