Uninstall of the SMS client agent fixed it....

The firing agent event log message can also be caused by offline folder
settings.
I have been plagued by this recently.
I found a Technet Article that tells you to unregister mobsync.dll
I dont enable offline folders in my GPO and im sure its an application thats
causing it.
The issue has gone away but im looking symantec 9 av at the moment to see if
that caused it.
