[THIN] File Associations

Hi all, it's been a while since I've played with file association on
Windows 2003 TS.
How do I enforce file assoc. for a particular extension?
I have Project 2000 and Project 2007 on the same server and I'd like to
associate mpp files with Project 2000.

Would a change user /install do it?
I know there are registry entries in HK_Classes_Root and in the user's
profile as well.
