CMC in MPS 3.0 will give you the abilities you need, I believe. Much more

Hi Guys
Wondered how everybody would handle the following
I want to give access to the CMC and to shadowing for certain helpdesk
users. These users look after several different applications and we silo
the apps on a few servers each. I want each respective helpdesk to be able
to manage only there own servers.
I've had a play with ICA perms and Citrix Policies as well as Citrix admin
rights and can't quite find the right combination for what I want
