A couple of notes:
I've notice Citrix Zip files do not work well with the native zip support in
W2K3. WinZip on the other hand works.
Also, to add to Jim's post: You will also need AMC 4.5 Console (formerly
ASC) as well as JSharp 2.0 (from Microsoft)

I have tried downloading this several times.
Once downloaded Windows will not let me unzip it. I have followed the
directions, and unlocked it.
