FYI: If you have a user running IE7 and their IE crashes immediately
when attempting to launch a Citrix ICA session via Web Interface
If you <click here> on the crash message and see MSVCR71.dll as the
faulting file - perform the fix below:
* disable the AOL toolbar under IE7's add-on manager (Tools \
Add-on Manager)
* Save the setting and close ALL IE's
* Reopen IE and try to login to Citrix again.
* As soon as the AOL add-ons were disabled and IE was restarted
the user was able to launch an ICA session via WI without issue (In our
case we disabled 3 AOL Add-ons and left the AOL IM add-on)
Hope that helps someone!
