[THIN] Explorer Crash When Using SendTo MailRecipient..

Hi All - we are seeing a problem on Windows 2003 servers, Presentation
Server 4, Office 2003, whereby the user right clicks on a file, and uses
the sendto > mail recipient option from the context menu.  As soon as this
is clicked, the explorer shell crashes and then respawns.    The problem
is intermittent, and will occur about 80% of the time.  Has anyone seen
these symptoms before ?  It affects all users, and a repair install of
office has been performed.  We have also seen similar symptoms on a couple
of our Windows 2000 SP4 servers with Office 2000 - however that was fixed
via the default value for .mapi entry under HKCR.  This fix had no effect
on the 2003 servers.  Any feedback appreciated...
