Yes. This also causes the Citrix improved logon feedback messages to not appear
(the server side logon feedback
messages).
I have a case open with Microsoft and they have reproduce it in house. The
problem is that it is looking for a newer
version of an assembly manifest that is not available on the system and is not
included with the hotfix.

Ive recently been preparing my Automated 2003 SP1 PS4 Builds and have requested
the following hotfix from MS
KB908011 This is the one that allows you to use Mandatory profiles properly.
Is anyone else using this fix and now seeing 3 event log messages ?
I am getting the following event log messages whenever i log in via RDP
sessions.
Event ID 32s and 59s
Typical messages
"Source: SideBySide
Generate Activation Context failed for N:\WINDOWS\system32\winlogon.exe.
Reference error message: The referenced assembly is not installed on your
system"
and
"Resolve Partial Assembly failed for Microsoft.Windows.SystemCompatible.
Reference error message:
The referenced assembly is not installed on your system"
and
Dependent Assembly Microsoft.Windows.SystemCompatible could not be found and
Last Error was
The referenced assembly is not installed on your system.
