Dear Provision Networks Fan:
The summer of 2006 has been quite a busy season for us at Provision Networks.
- We have released a very comprehensive version (v5.6) of our flagship PMF -
Enterprise Edition with features such as content and desktop publishing,
desktop integration, multi-monitor support, Kerberos and two-factor
authentication support, among many other enterprise features - making it the
most comprehensive and feature-rich RDP-based server-based computing solution
ever.
- We rolled out new branding and a brand new website, with online demos and
short movies, as well as user forums, which I encourage you to use to get quick
answers to your technical questions and to connect with other users of our
technology.
- We have also outlined our strategy for the Virtual Desktop Infrastructure
market, an emerging trend which promises to realize substantial benefits in the
way of desktop deployment, management and remote access. Provision Networks is
uniquely positioned in this space with a set of last-mile technologies which
turn the hosted virtual desktop into reality. We are committed to delivering
our first commercial VDI release at VMworld 2006, and to unveiling the final
architecture and making the beta version available in September at Provision
Networks WTS World 2006.
This brings me to the second purpose of my email - WTS World 2006 - our
inaugural worldwide end-user event. I want to personally invite you to join us
later next month, to experience the power of the Provision Management
Framework, and to learn why thousands of organizations have already adopted
Provision Networks solutions for their access infrastructure and application
delivery platform.
WTS World 2006 is also an educational venue for the administrator and manager
of any terminal services / server-based computing platform with technical
troubleshooting sessions that are not for the faint of heart!
For those of you that depend on the Standard Edition modules (Print-IT,
Manage-IT, MetaProfiles-IT, USB-IT, Max-IT, VIP-IT, Redirect-IT, TimeZones-IT)
to enhance and extend the "other" server-based computing platform, there's
plenty for you too - such as the latest Print-IT release with support for both
PDF and SmartEMF, and support for Windows x64.
Finally, for those of you considering adopting a Provision Networks solution,
there's no better place to learn first-hand whether this is the right solution
for you. You will meet Provision Networks technical experts, management and
customers with real-world challenges such as yours.
WTS World 2006 is an event you would not want to miss. And to make sure you
can join us, I've made this event free of charge to you. Register today for WTS
World 2006 at http://www.provisionnetworks.com/events/WTSworld.aspx
I look forward to seeing you there!
