Can this Windows ME user telnet to port 1494 and get the ICA prompt
in the upper left corner?  If not, then you need to look at your
VPN/Firewall rule set.

I have an outside customer who comes into our network through a VPN
port. He can ping our servers and has security access to get to the
NFuse server. When he launches the NFuse web link in Windows ME, he
gets the following: "Error in Connection - Network or dialup problems
are preventing communications with the Citrix Server.  An attempt to
restore connection will begin".  Well, the user does not connect.  

1)  I have migrated the ICA client to version 6.30.1050 (full
version).
2)  I have made sure we have enough TS Licenses (plenty left over). 

Any one have any ideas what I can do to troubleshoot or what my
problem may be?
