The issue you refer to, was with kaiser.  Citrix was named as a problem,
but further investigation shows many other factors causing larger issues
(such as mass power outages).

We run it here as well.  I am new to EPIC and Healthcare in general.  I
am looking to find whether EPIC can be run on Citrix client above
version 9.230.

Citrix and EPIC deal.  Can't remember the name of the company involved

it caused minor stir.

I there are some people on this list running EPIC that I know of.  Not
sure
what version though.
