Why not use a custom load-evaluator based on Time? Say every M-F from 11 am
to 2 pm, the published application is unavailable.

Subject: [THIN] Enable/Disable Publication From Command Line

Greetings,

Anyone know of a way to Enable/Disable a published application from the
command line? What I need to do is restrict access to one of our published
applications during a specific time period each day. I thought that if
there was a way to do it from a command line, I would schedule a batch
script to disable and enable the publication at the desired times. Also, if
anybody has another recommended method to do this, any info would be greatly
appreciated.
