[THIN] Edit Client Detection and Download page

I have created a custom ICA32web.msi, which sets the language, but the default 
"Client Detection and Download" page, has help instructions stating "4.  Select 
your prefered language from the list........".  The install, simply skips this 
step.  I want the Help directions to be accurate.  Anyone know what page I can 
alter to change this data?
