[THIN] Dual monitor setup

Hi 
 
have an issue with a dual monitor setup basically when the user is using
the second monitor on the rugh hand side the 2nd monitor the one without
the start menu.
 
and they stop typing for a periond of a couple of minites and try to
type nothing happens. Looks like the window is going inactive and the
one on the left has become live.
 
I know they can just click in the window on the right to become active
but need to try and fix it. 
 
Has anyone come on this before ?
