You need the Proset software to do it with Intel Pro Adapters.

the ethernet's to teaming.  Is there any place with in

        On Compaqs this is easy. I would be surprised
        if other vendprs don't have such. They call
        it NIC Teaming. I even have a Giga fiber
        as primary with a 100 Mbit copper for failover....

I have a citrix XPe box running and it has Dual Inetel 
10/100/1000 nics in it.  I am trying to get win2k to do a 
failover to the second nic if something would happen to the 
first.

I can't do this at the switch because they have a very 
small network....
