[THIN] Download Pick: RocketDock

Todays download Pick is called RocketDock.  RocketDock will appeal to all
the Mac Fanboys and Fangirls who must use a Windows PC but long for the Mac
style popup doc.  Works just fine even on Vista.

works with multiple monitors so you can put a taskbar on the 2nd monitor.
