Hi,
We have sometimes the problem that we have 'Down Sessions' of users.
If this occurs the command 'query user' stops at the problem user /
session.
When we try to logoff the user (he can't work anymore) he disappears
from
the AMC but some processes are still running (shown in the task
manager).
When we try to kill the processes from the user (by taskman or PSkill)
nothing
happens (the processes are still running).
Only a reboot makes the system clear.
We have installed Windows 2003 SP1 + current hotfixes and CPS 4.5.
Does anyone knows why we have down sessions?
Why could we not kill the processes?
How could we kill such processes?
Thank you
Michael
