Hello,
We are having random application disconnects for an application called
Facets . User will log on, be working in the application then they
report that the application will "just close" or they "get kicked out".
They will not get the message that metaframe is trying to reconnect to
their session and their session stays "active" in the CMC. Nothing is
recorded either the client event log or server.
I have read the article about tcp keepAlive values, but before I change
anything I wanted to know how many others experience this and what you
did to troubleshoot/resolve the issue. Our Environment is running
Metaframe XP FR3 on windows 2000 servers. Thank you very much!
