Just FYI, I tried out Jim's new custom google search with some nice results.
I searched www.f1u.com <http://www.f1u.com/> for "Citrix vs Terminal
Server" and it returned several articles that might be of interest to those
researching the differences.

Citrix is an add-on for Terminal Server. The difference in capabilites
between the two used to be much wider, in my opinion anyways. Check out
http://www.brianmadden.com/content/content.asp?id=494 which is a good
article that talks about the differences. I would combine that with reading
up on the new Terminal Service capabilities of Longhorn Server at:

px

Bottom line is the correct choice of straight terminal services or terminal
services with Citrix comes down to your specific environment.

Everyone,
Crazy question: What is the difference between Citrix and Terminal Server? I
know this will make you all roll your eyes, but a down and dirty, nutshell
of it is all I need. If there is a difference any more? The reason I ask is
that we had Citrix years ago and went to Terminal Server. Now they seem to
be one in the same?
Thanks,
Linda
