[THIN] Desktop versus pub app

Running PS 4.0 on Windows 2003 server, 4 servers in the farm and load balanced. 
We have a particular application that is published and have all sorts of 
printing issues with it. Sometimes the user's default printer does not show, 
sometimes it's there but doesn't print, sometimes other printers show up for 
the user to print to. Yet this only happens through WI. If the user runs either 
an RDP or ICA session to a desktop, they never have a printing problem. Has 
anyone encountered anything like this?
