order

So there has to be a program running even for the users to fax just by
printing to the printer?

We have a RightFax box set-up with a "Fax" printer and have the rightfax
client installed on the MF servers (docs on the Captaris Web site cover
set-up)  Part of the client install sets up a "RightFax Fax Printer" on
the
MF servers.  Users then select this printer when they want to send a
fax.
We have a RightFax gateway to out exchange server as well - so users can
send faxes from outlook as well.
