Jobe,
In a previous job we extensively trialled an all in one printer
(Konica 7145) which let you print to Fax as well as scan to email and
other normal print and copy functions. The only software on the
Citrix server was a Citrix friendly printer driver.
The Konica 7145 had a another neat little trick, when you scan to
email, you could query Active Directory for the email address.
Be warned that not all all-in-one Printer solutions are Citrix
friendly. I've had quite bad experiences with certain models of Xerox
and Ricoh's.
