  That's what I got going right now, though it doesn't appear to be doing much. 
The DOS prompt is just hung. I'm probably going to let it run.



  Is there anyway to mitigate this? The Badmail directory grows ~30k every 
night.

  Go to the command line set your default into the directory and delete the 
contents (del *.*) . If you try from explorer, it will crash. It cannot handle 
the amount of messages that appear there.
