I simply contacted the Compaq support line (in the UK) when one of the PSUs
failed. At that point I said I knew about the issue and wanted all my PSUs
replaced. Within an hour I had an email requesting the serial numbers of all
my DL360s. Two days later a set of PSUs arrived for us to install. Once we
had done so, Compaq arranged for a courier to collect the replaced supplies.
Very simple.

I noticed a previous thread dealing with the Compaq DL360's and their
failing power supplies. I also noticed that someone mentioned the
possibility of contacting Compaq regarding servers that have not yet failed
but are sure to do so and getting a replacement power supply before they do
die. Is this true? Does anyone have any details on this?
