We have a similar setup to this with these three server as separate VM's. I have all 3 on the same Dell 1850 box. The physical box is a single 3.6ghz Xeon with 1gb of RAM. The citrix farm itself consists of 9 app servers in a single zone. Future expansion may put me up to 12 servers over the next 12-18 months. On an average day, about 50 users hit access gateways over the internet which then hit WI on this server. There are also 200-250 users who hit this server directly for PNAgent. Overall load on the physical box seems very low. Any reason not to turn this box into a VM in VMware ESX 3.0.1. The VM itself will be put on a LUN off my fully redundant NetApp SAN (dual FAS3020's controllers, HBAs, fiber switches, replication to remote DR site, all the goodies).
