Works great on 2003 with PS4, and works great on 2000 Terminal Server
(no citrix). Just install ghostscript and then Cute PDF Writer and go.
There is one catch, when you use it, after the PDF is successfully made,
it changes your default printer to Cute PDF Writer. Not sure if that's
by design, or a long standing bug they choose not to correct. It's
annoying, but given it's price of free, I tell my users to deal with it.
