Yes that's true that I can place them in different folders (in metaframe
settings) but it will affect all Citrix Program Neighborhood / Agent
clients. I am looking for a way to place applications in different
folders only in WI.

Yes, when you publish an app you can place them in different folders (in
metaframe settings page).  They will show up in those folders.

I have 10 Citrix farms in my environment and I am running one
WebInterface for all of them.

As there are a lot of the same applications in each farms  (with the
same names) I would like to display them in different folders. Maybe
check boxes to select from which farm applications are visible.

Have any of you an idea how to do that?
