[THIN] Custom Transform and unattended installl FR2

I've been using the unattended installation method for certain installations
(new install) and the
custom transform (existing install of XP, FR1, etc..).
I've yet to come across a doc that tells you how to create a custom
installation and remove
certain options (like Packager, CMC, etc...)
When you create an administrative installation to a network drive it does not
give you the option
to remove options.
If you open the Mfxp01.msi in Orca and apply one of the template MST transforms
I don't see where
you can modify the "Options".
Has anyone else addressed this issue or created a custom mst file that will
remove Packager from
the base installation?
