If I did not know any better, I think this began with the last set of M$ 
updates/patches.....

I have a problem with some Custom Administrators getting errors, using the CMC.

 

The farm is a combination of PS 3.0 and MF XP SP4.

 

Users with custom rights, example, admins at Soignies, Belgium, only have 
rights to Soignies Belgium servers and applications, through use of custom 
administrator settings.

 

When a user with custom rights attempts to access properties of their published 
applications, or server, they get errors "Could not read application data from 
the server farm" for applications and "failed to read isolation environment 
settings for this server" for servers.
