[THIN] Crystal reports issue?

We publish out Timesaver 8.1.2 to our users, I have a user that has a
LaserJet 1200 (mapped to LaserJet 4) that whenever she runs her reports they
always come up in Portrait mode regardless of how her printer is set.  Is
this a crystal reports issue?  I'm at a loss on how to correct this problem.
I have tried several different drivers for her and nothing seems to change.
I am currently putting in a call to ADP support but I am less than hopeful
about their ability to help.
