[THIN] Counters for Win2k TS

I am trying to help with a project to put together
suggested thresholds for counters to monitor Win2k/TS.
I have a good idea of what counters I want to measure,
I am looking for some suggested thresholds. I am using
Tuning and Sizing Windows 2000 and the Win2k Help on
Sysmon to put together a list of counters. Both have
some suggested thresholds, I am wondering which to
change for TS. For example, the Win2k says the
recommended threshold for Pages/Sec is >20, but I have
seen docs for TSE saying >100.
