I am authenticated to domain only. Also I am a Metaframe Farm administrator
and local administrator of all servers in the farm
The curious thing is I am able to enumerate when I assign access to users in
Published Application.
Any thoughts

It's by design... If you are not authenticated to the domain, how can you
expect to enumate accounts from the domain? As a local admin, you'll only
be able to add local accounts to the CMC. Login as a domain account if you
wish to add domain accounts.

could the account that you are logged into the CMC with not have domain
rights?
