[THIN] Copy/Paste local client to Citrix session

Getting a number of reports that this functionality works inconsistently.
Workflow requires local client application data be copied and pasted into
Citrix based application session. Finding that at times nothing is copied nor
pasted, at times data appears to be copied but pasted data is prior copy.
Citrix Client is 10.150
Servers are 2003, Xenapp 4.0 and 4.5.
Client OS is XP, SP3.
