I used Sysprep and Ghost to create a standard image. Then I just use =
the Ghost Multicast Server to deploy it to any new servers.
Just a note about Ghost Multicast, don't run it on a production network =
during working hours. It will over load the lines and cause serious =
user problems.

When I need to, I clone them using sysprep and yanking a drive from the
mirror to put in the new server. Works fine 90% of the time. =20
