Hello,
I have 2 servers running Windows 2000 and MetaFrame 1.8 for Windows 2000.
Both are running Windows 2000 SP2 and MetaFrame 1.8 SP3. On one of the
servers, the production one, we frequently have trouble with Client Drive
Mapping. We get the error "The specified network name is no longer valid"
when trying to access client mapped drives. This does not happen all the
time. Just enough to drive the users crazy. I have tried several versions
of the client, including the newest one and have had no success.

The error log gets a error 39 source: Cdm. The description field has the
following:
The description for Event ID ( 39 ) in Source ( Cdm ) cannot be found. The
local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message
DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. The following
information is part of the event: \Device\CdmRedirector, 14.

Help..
