Hi Bill,
The 2003 license server can be on any member server, but if it isn't on a DC,
you'll have to use either a group policy setting or reg hack to point your TS
systems at the license server.
And it's actually possible to have the 2000 license server on a non-DC member
server as well.

Just want to be clear on this...if you have 2003 Terminal Servers in a 2000
domain, does the license server have to be on a DC or is that just for when you
have 2000 Terminal Servers in a 2K domain?
