I have tried dragging it over and the small box becomes a thin line. This must
be a video card issue. I guess I will just disable it with your tip.. Thanks.

Try removing the icabar.exe entry from the
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Current Version\Run...
Unless you actually need the toolbar, in which case you may need to manually
populate the toolbar. Try dragging it to the extreme right side of the
screen and see if anything is visible then...

Installed Metaframe 1.8 on new IBM netfinity running win2k. On bootup the
citrix toolbar shows up as a small grey box in the center of the screen.
There is no text on the box. I can right click and close but thats all the
options. Reinstalled MF... Installed MF SP3... Not sure what else to do.
