But is are the best and cost effective solution for the organization?  Best of 
Breed isn’t always the best choice.

Isn't ESXi just that ?

I'll virtualize on the desktop using Citrix, because, well they have been doing 
since forever.

I'll remain virtualized on the server level with VMWare, well, because they 
have been doing that since forever.
