Umm, I had REALLY slow logins.. talking like 10 minutes or so. I already posted this to the list & got a great response that now makes that box the fastest one logging in! The fix was given by Rick Mack (Thanks again, Rick). If you want more info do a search for the title "SP4 and slow logins" Had this problem on one customer site and traced it to cmstart taking just about forever. I removed cmstart.exe from appsetup under hlkm\software\microsoft\windows nt\currentverion\winlogon. And added a line: Start /c cmstart.exe Towards the end of usrlogon.cmd.
