Matt,
Check out the disk I/O. We had a problem once that caused all sessions to
freeze when other users where logging in and out. We used perfmon to track
it down to a disk I/O problem. After applying new drivers for the RAID
controller, the problem disappeared. This was a Compaq/HP, so we just
applied the latest SoftPack.

Hi everyone,
This is a continuation from my question yesterday. I talked about user
sessions freezing for a few seconds to up to a minute when in Office apps.
Well, now it's happening in anything desktop related. Any clues what could
be causing this? The only thing that has changed in the last few weeks is
that I upgraded my Metaframe 1.8 servers to SP4 of Metaframe. Any guidance
would be much appreciated. These boxes are all on Windows 2000 SP4.
