[THIN] Citrix session locked up

I have a user whose session was disconnected. When I checked on PM her session
id 6 shows up there as down and not disconnected. I can't do anything with it
including "RESET". Looked into Windows Terminal service and didn't find
anything there.
How can I get rid of this session 6?
