[THIN] Citrix question for those who run it...

I've also addressed this to the thin list forum...

We are in the process of upgrading our Web UI from MFXP version to the
CPS4.0 version of the product. Our old environment had an "altaddr"
defined on each member of the Citrix farm. The old Web UI would then
properly give the external alternate IP for any application launched
from the Internet. Questions are as follows:

1. I don't really want to remove the alternate address from each
Citrix server in the farm, so is there a way to make the new Web UI work
with the old configuration in our farm? (I know I would probably need
to edit the DMZ settings.) The idea is that I'd much rather just swap
out web servers and do a cut-over in DNS than make bigger farm wide
changes.

2. What DMZ settings would be needed? When I have tried Alternate
and Translated, it still does not work from the outside (though it will
with the default "direct connect" settings from inside the network). We
don't have Secure Gateway installed, so I can't see why we would need
secure alternate, secure translated, etc.

Thanks,
