Hi Everyone

I have what I hope is not an overly unique situation.

A citrix XPe Farm with the Datastore on an SQL 2000 server in Canada. The
company is expanding into Indonesia.

We have another SQL 2000 server locally in Indonesia with 3 Citrix servers
so far. The Datastore is replicated from Canada whenever changes are made.
The datastore locally is read only, so to make changes we need to connect to
the Canada Datastore.

I have read that SQL 2000 can handle merge replication. But can Citrix
handle this type of Replication?

We also have a problem where the local host cache becomes corrupt fairly
frequently. But to recreate the LHC, I have to point the server to the
datastore in Canada. It fails to recreate when pointed to the local
Datastore. It takes around 3 hrs for the IMA service to start when pointed
to Canada.
When recreating the LHC does the server need to update the datastore?

If anyone can answer my questions or give advise on improvements, I would
appreciate it.

Thanks for your Help in advance.
